About Tailor Tails

Thoughtfully chosen for the lives they share with us.

They wait by the door. They follow us from room to room. They make ordinary days feel a little less ordinary.

Our pets give us so much, so we believe the things we choose for them should give something back. Tailor Tails was created around a simple idea: better products begin with understanding the everyday lives of pets and the people who care for them.

More Than Products. Considered Solutions.

Pet ownership comes with its little challenges, a dog that gets bored easily, a pet that rushes through every meal, a rainy afternoon with nowhere to go, or a curious cat looking for something new to explore.

We don't believe in filling a store with products simply because they are popular. Instead, we ask one question: What does this make better?

Every Tailor Tails collection is built around an everyday need, from mental enrichment and engaging play to better mealtimes and stimulating indoor activities. We look for products that have a purpose, fit naturally into everyday life, and create meaningful moments between pets and their people.

Curated With Intention

There are thousands of pet products available. You don't need thousands. You need the "right ones". That's why we take a considered approach to what we offer. We look for products that combine function, engagement, and thoughtful design, while focusing on the problems pet owners actually experience.

Pets experience the world differently from us. They sniff, explore, chase, search, chew, learn and play. Our collections are built around these natural behaviours, helping owners create environments where pets can stay curious, engaged and content.

Because enrichment isn't about keeping them busy for the sake of it. It's about giving them something worth doing.

For Them. And For You.

The best pet products don't just benefit pets. They make everyday life easier for the people who love them, too — a little less boredom, a calmer mealtime, a more engaging afternoon, or a happier pet while you're busy.

Small improvements can make a surprisingly big difference.

That's what Tailor Tails is here for.

Because they're more than pets.

They're part of your world.
